Subject: Kids Damaging Trees
Hi,
The other day my wife was walking with our kids and she noticed a group of 4 boys aged 10-12 (ish) who were sitting on this tree cutting down a bunch of its branches. This is in the Frank Victor Burton field. It was really too bad because this tree is beautiful, and seeing that the kids were wrecking it was a shame. It would be nice if parents could tell their kids to not wreck the public Park area like that. We have young kids, and I understand playing – but there’s a whole River Valley to go exploring where that’s not damaging the park space for everybody.
