Subject: Speed Bump Theft from Bulyea Landing

Hi Harold,

Can you please circulate this?

On Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, at approximately 6:34 p.m., a white Infiniti SUV with two individuals were observed removing the property's speed bumps from the garbage enclosure area. Later, at approximately 8:09 p.m., a silver/grey Prius with two individuals were observed taking the remaining speed bumps stored in the same area. Given the location where the speed bumps were stored, the Board recognizes any potential misunderstandings regarding their disposal and availability for anyone to take. However, the Board is giving the individuals the opportunity to RETURN the speed bumps no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17th, 2024. No questions will be asked, and no authorities will be involved if they are returned within the given timeline.

If the speed bumps are not returned nor is any communication made to CS Management Inc. within the given time frame the Board of Directors will be sending the license plates and video footage to Edmonton Police Services and they will deal with the situation accordingly.
If you have any information regarding this matter, please contact your
Condominium Manager at 780-760-6197 Ext. 503 or
Tyler@csmgmtinc.ca
